If having nCrave, Sponsored and Watch videos playing takes up a lot of bandwidth for your monthly allotment, you can go to your internet settings and disable all flash video and plugins from playing automatically. Also, add a browser extension to block html5 video from playing.
Another extension I have found helpful is an "auto refresh tab" extension, set on a timer to refresh every minute or so and let me know when new nCrave or Sponsored videos are available.
