Computer glasses?
Hey all. My job has me parked in front of a screen all day long.
The brightness setting of my monitors is already turned down to 40/100, so that's taken care of. The old eyes still get tired after 8+ hours, even with reasonably spaced breaks to go outside, see the sun, etc.
For those who spend lots of time in front of computer screens... Do you wear more specialized "computer glasses"? Do they work?
I ordered a pair of 50% yellow tint glasses from Zenni Optical. However, I'm wondering if those will do the trick. Obviously, I'll find out in 2-3 weeks, but in the meantime, I'm wondering what you all have used.
Possible option B might be a pair with 10% gray tint.
Possible option C might be a set of the "Beyond UV" lenses, but I'll wait until I see whether the yellow tint does the trick.
Gunnars just look overpriced, and the pseudo-science bullcrap pasted all over their site turned me off.
So...computer glasses? Any practical experiences? Zenni Optical or otherwise?
