YouGov changing frequency of surveys

Yes, I know YouGov is not the best survey site, but by the time I realized this, I was already heavily invested in them. Under my settings, I have it set for them to give me surveys as frequently as possible, but within about 24 hours, it is changed to only twice a month. This has happened repeatedly now. For anyone else who uses YouGov, is this happening to you as well? I'm getting annoyed because I may be missing surveys now. On a separate note, I was also DQd for the first time ever in a YouGov survey, which was annoying.
