Swago help Swagbucks News/Tips

I completed all of the squares except for buying the gift card and then I purchased a gift card from MyGiftCardsPlus and was charged but it wouldn't let me activate the full board. I received an email from them saying they would mail me a card next week with information to active my eGift card and I would receive my Swagbucks then but the Swago event ended today. I claimed my board for 25 SB to make sure I at least got something, but why couldn't I claim the full 200?

I even emailed Swagbucks for help that same day and have not received a response. I'm pretty frustrated...
