Survey, Has Anybody Received Any Samples?

When I started doing surveys, I learned quickly that surveys involving food products was par for the course, but most of those surveys at the end asked me if I would allow them to send me a sample to try. I've been doing this for almost 4 years now and only once have I been sent a sample. So I'm asking, have they stopped sending samples? Has anybody been receiving samples lately?
