RewardableTV points not adding up.

I've got 5 instances running, all linked to the same account. My balance will quickly rise up to over 100 or so but then it drops back to 46. 40 of those points were the quick little demographic questions you can answer. Are they disallowing multiple phones on the same account or something now?

I've tried logging out and back in and everything. Nothing working.
