Perk Tv Live

I started using this app and it seems to earn more than the normal perk tv. But a lot of times I get a black screen with the circular loading icon. What are ways to get around this? I've heard to turn off a setting in the Google settings but I can't find those on the iPod I'm using for this (edit: yes, I know, Apple)
