This is a great idea. SwapCaps is an online auction site with a virtual currency. Users can earn Caps by selling, streaming videos or completing other offers. I'm rooting for this site to get big because it really supports the consumer.

Image you sell something for 15 dollars but want to buy something at 16. That person could stream videos or complete offers for the last dollar!
