Most effecient way of getting $5 PayPal every week?

So yeah. It's as the title says, I'm looking to get (at least) $5 into my PayPal account every week, but I'm a little lost as to what the most effective way to do this is, as I've been out of the beermoney loop for a while. I've got at my disposal:

• Decent Computer

• One Samsung Galaxy Avant phone

• Free electricity

• In the US
