Is jetpack journey passive? Are you allowed to run more than 1 phone with it?

I have been hearing a lot of people talk about jetpack journey and how it is the best way to earn points. I was just wondering if you were allowed to have more than 1 phone running it? Are you able to have multiple phones all logged into 1 facebook account? If not 1 facebook account are you allowed to have more than 1 facebook account tied to your perk account?
