Has anyone used that Panel App that's being advertised everywhere?

I looked at it, and it looks like I'm slated to earn about $12 in a year, which is just plain awful. But, depending on their policies, it might actually be okay?

Has anyone tried using this on multiple devices or creating multiple accounts per household? I mean, $12 overall is terrible, but $12 over 8 devices if I installed it on each of my farm phones and my main one would be almost $100/yr, which is not a lot but not negligible either. At least, in terms of beermoney (and I exclusively use passive apps, so), it's worth it since I'll only make about $145/mo over 7 devices.

So, has anyone tried this or do you know about their policies?
