Does my perk tax status reset at the beginning of next year?

I just now got the email from perk about having to send a 1099 form in and that until then my rewards will be withheld. I've made the decision to not give perk my SSN for various reasons, so now my question is will I be in the clear at the beginning of next year and be able to earn and redeem normally again (until I reach $600 again for that year of course) even if I never go through with the tax process with perk?
