Anyone do a Lowe's survey? Didn't credit for me and now what? Swagbucks News/Tips

I just completed a survey for Lowe's. Didn't credit. I don't do a ton of surveys because it's not often I qualify, but this one I did, but so far no payout. I've never had one not payout so I'm not sure what to do. I know people say take screenshots and contact support. I did take a screenshot of the final page, but I don't have any info beyond that, including how much it was worth. doh Is this enough info to contact support with? Did anyone take it and know what the survey number is?
