14 Year Old In Need Of Making Money

Help I am 14 years old in need of making money and I can't apply for a Job because I'm too young and I want to get some money from my parents so I can start off on my feet, They always tell me go work for my own stuff but how can I if I have no money to begin with, I would Like to start selling candy bars but I'm in the hood and i'm not trying to get robbed because it happened to my friend, I've already tried explaining it to my parents but they give me the same answer "Go Find A Way Or Work For Your Own Stuff" Please Help Me!
