I got this message on Mobile Search Battle a second ago:

"Thank you for your hard work on Search Engine Battle over the last year. We will be moving to Search Engine Battle V3 in a few weeks. This update will allow everyone (including judges previously banned due to bad spam scores or failing qualification) the opportunity to try for Search Engine Battle once again, so tell your friends to keep an eye out for the update. As part of this update everyone will be required to pass a qualification test. We request that you spend this time to refresh your memory of the guidelines and prepare. Comments/Feedback (Optional):"
