Screenwise Trends with Amazon Fire?

So I've been trying to get Trends working on all three devices, but the only tablet I have is a 5th Gen Amazon fire, rooted with google apps and play store. I can download the Trends app, but it won't finish activation until I enable "Foreground Application Monitoring". When I tap the notification, it just takes me to the device settings home page. If anyone has any idea how to get Trends working on a Fire or how to enable Foreground Application Monitoring, I would be extremely grateful :)
