[Question] Question about filing taxes

A lot of what I've earned is just sitting in my accounts and has yet to be cashed out. Do I have to claim that as income or is it only the stuff that's been cashed out? I couldn't find this searching. First time I'm doing taxes so sorry if this is a dumb question. :/
