Question about UHRS Hitapp bans

So I've been kicked out of 3 separate jobs today, and I'm not sure why. I read that you need to be kicked out 3 times a week to get banned, but I really would like to be able to do these jobs consistently, which I can't do if I can only do them for an hour a week due to these bans. My spam scores aren't bad either, so I guess I just wanted to ask what you guys have done to avoid getting kicked out of these apps.
