Question about cashcrate
I heard that cashcrate will send your first 20 dollars as a check to the specified address before allowing you to cash out via PayPal.
Do you need to cash out the check before you can use PayPal or confirm that you received it in any way?
The thing is i want to use a US vpn for it since in my country i don't get any offers or surveys. Would that be possible? Is anyone doing that at the moment?
