Lionbridge Canad: best banks for wire transfer?

Hey Canadians working with LB! I'm wondering which banks you use to receive payment? I got my first wire from them today and it was missing about $55 (out of $355 CAD). I know my bank is charging $17.50 for the wire, but it looks like from this post that whatever intermediary bank the wire goes through is charging me $39. I have no idea what banks might be better for this, and calling my other bank has been no help at all. Anyone with experience for this?
