Instagc is refusing to pay out on the 630 point uber offer, this looks like another rebtel offer
Well instagc has been saying they were going to unfreeze this offer in fourteen days and now the time has come they are not paying up.
Oh well lesson learned, all the swagbucks folks have done been paid for this offer, but instagc is not paying, there holding the funds, in case something might happen.
