iConsumer: Passive Cash back, Free $10 plus 100 shares of company stock just for referring each friend.

iConsumer is a new shopping portal that rewards members with both cash back and shares of stock . Last month, they offered 100 shares of stock for each friend you refer. Now, they’ve added $10 to the pot. Through Feb 14, when you refer a friend, you’ll earn 100 shares plus $10 (once your friend makes a purchase). Your friend will get 100 shares just for signing up.

iConsumer’s stock hasn’t gone public yet so we don’t yet know its true value. They’re expecting to sell initially for 9 cents a share, so 100 shares may be worth about $9.
