Has anyone had any luck with flexjobs.com

I came across flexjobs.com and found some interesting positions there. The question is as anyone been successful at finding jobs or gigs in this site. Most other sites actually charge the employer not employee for listing the job which I find a little odd that you have to pay to apply for the jobs.
