Like the title says, you can earn 700 PucaPoints equivalent to 7 USD by completing numerous tasks.

• Verifying on mobile - 200 PP
• Uploading an avatar - 100 PP
• Adding a card to your want list - 100 PP (You can add a card and remove it afterwards)
• Adding a shipping adress - 100 PP
• Mailing a card - 100 PP plus the card's worth
• recieving a card - 100 PP

100 PP is about equal to $1 and they are only redeemable to purchase Magic cards. You do not have to pay shipping on any cards you can just add a cheap card to your want list and wait for someone to send it, then get the extra 100 PP.

Also, if you have any old MTG cards this site is probably one of the best ways to get rid of them, as long as you are using the money earned to buy more. although as of now the site only allows cards with no noticeable wear on them.
