What's the deal with looping offers? How are they completed?

You know, the ones that pay to sign up for an iPad or to choose between Coke/Pepsi. How do you complete them!? They simply run you through "gold" and "platinum" offers and at the end give you a consumer page. A dead end. Even if you skip everything. Is there a certain way to do them so they credit? They're on pretty much every offerwall.
