Looking for a good webpage

Hello, I'm from Argentina and I have a Licentiate degree in mathematics. I would like to do some freelancing work but the only webpage I use is Upwork. Is there any other good place to look for a part-time freelancing job for a person with my background? I have some knowledge of C and Matlab languages and also some practice with LaTeX.
