Leapforce for Nomads?

I was looking into Leapforce but two things seemed like they might not work for me:

1) I connect through a VPN with multiple IP addresses. Some of them might have other people using LF, and LF says only one person per IP address. Is this a dealbreaker?

2) Do I have to be in one location? I read somewhere that the work you get depends on what state you're in. To me, the whole point is to be able to travel.

3) Do I need to have a Google account? I have never used gmail or google+
