I've an old iPod Touch 4G in iOS 6 is there anyway I can use it to earn money?

I've been watching over there that some people use their old devices to get some money, but well my main concern is because I'm not from USA, I'm from Mexico, and tried to create an account in SwagBucks and Perk TV, but both doesn't allow me the access cause I'm not from USA, of course I can use some shady methods like Betternet in Chrome from my Laptop (If there's anything better than this please tell me).

But in the case of my iPod I don't think is that easy...
