iSoftstone and Appen questions

I'm considering working for iSoftstone or Appen and I had a few questions about it:

What job did you do for them? What exactly were your job duties? Was it worth the effort they're asking you to put in (time/payment effort)? Was it difficult to work with the company?

Also, any other information you my have gained would be greatly appreciated.
