Humanatic - what you earn is half of what you lose

Humanatic is a place where you get to listen to other peoples' calls and decided if the call fits a given category (there are a bunch of them, ranging from "has the client connected to a qualified personel?" to "has the costumer agreed to come into the dealership?" and a lot of others).

First problem: the pay rate is an absurd, each correct decision you make grants you something from 0.9 CENTS to 8 CENTS. Given the amount of effort and time you spend listening carefully to each conversation, you'd be lucky to make a couple dollars a day.

Second problem: you will be constantly judged by the decisions you've made in a 2-week period span. Any discrepancy they find in your decisions (like being in the lower percentage of people who have decided a different thing than that of the greater percentage) will TAKE AWYA not only what you had previously gotten for the task, but ALSO A PENALTY which equals the value paid for the call.

Third problem: there is a minimun payment (which is not bad per se) of 10 USD. But you pay the Paypal fees.

Fourth problem: there is a one-week delay between the invoice and the payment (which, again, is not a problem per se). But since you are being constantly scrutinized over your decisions in a two-week period, there is a chance that your invoice for 10USD will be denied because eventually the system you penalize you for some call that you don't even remember.

Bottom line is: Humanatic is a great place to give you nightmares, depression, social anxiety and a sample of what the 21st slavery system looks like.
