Are there any transcription sites that offer the potential of earning a minimum of 6$/hour ?

I don't mind the tedious work , but most of the sites i found are paying at a rate that's bellow the minimum wage in my ( third world ) country !

I would love to hear your experiences with such sites and whether the 6-10 $ range is a realistic goal or not .
