$25 credit on gilt.com after a referred account makes a purchase

Looks like they started this referral incentive about a week ago, right after they ended the previous promo that you guys probably saw posted on here. This one's definitely not quite as good as the previous one, but it still might be worth doing.

So if a friend makes an account from your referral and then makes a purchase, you get a free $25 credit. Essentially, if the account you referred buys something relatively cheap, like a six-pack of socks for $5, $13 including shipping (cheapest thing I could find), you would get that money back plus $12 extra to put towards something else.

I used it by having my friend buy those socks ($13 shipped) and then using the $25 credit to buy myself a new pair of chucks ($25, $33 shipped). So between the two accounts, $21 total was spent on some new chucks and a six-pack of socks.

Again, not nearly as nice as their promo from last week that allowed you to buy certain things for almost-free, but this promo might still be worth it if you can find an inexpensive shirt or pair of shoes or something on there.
