Survey Junkie is not allowing me to redeem my points!

A few days ago I had reached the 1000 point payout on Survey Junkie and wanted to redeem my points to PayPal. It said I would need to verify the transaction with a phone call and they said they would call in the next 15 minutes. Low and behold, no call. I tried multiple times and still nothing. I waited the next day and tried contacting customer support and still no response. I really hope this isn't a big issue. Anyone have a similar experience?
