Need some help my dudes.

so I had to replace an old computer, now the "new" pc wont let me access the prolific website. Tried the usual tutorial vids yt but hasnt helped. Emailed prolific and they dont know either. wtf, and I am able to access on my mobile but seems that most surveys are on pc or tablet now.
