Moving abroad 1 suitcase

Hi! I’m moving from the USA and joining my boyfriend in the U.K. and we’re both moving out of our parents home into a furnished flat :)

I already have clothing/personal effects there but want to bring spare household goods (kitchenware/toiletries/electronics) to avoid the pain of buying things new.

With limited space, what would you prioritize? Are there any particular household staples I should avoid buying new?
