Can I work as a rater for Lionbridge AND as an ad evaluator for iSoftStone?

I've been working as a rater for Lionbridge for about six months. In that time I've only done Youtube videos/comments. I have an offer to be an Ad Evaluator for iSoftStone under the same email address. I don't want to jeopardize my Lionbridge job but I also need extra money and can only work online at the moment. I know the projects that are allowed under Appen but can't find any information online about iSoftStone and Lionbridge.

TLDR; I know you can work for both as long as it's different projects. Is Rater (YouTube) and Ad Evaluator the same client? Thanks in advance!
