Arrow RPH

About an hour ago I got an email notifying me that my RPH for the Arrow project was below expectation. This is my second warning since I've worked on this project, my first notice given in October of 2017. I worked as usual so I'm not sure how this happened but it does have me a little concerned. The notice also said my productivity should improve by 6/1/2019, three days ago. How concerned should I be about being removed from this project? It's currently my only source of income and I've been working for Appen diligently for almost two years.
