Appen Tacoma

I recently got invited, failed the first part, got blocked, passed the second part, continued to answer more question and I was told I missed a question and now im blocked from both quiz parts. The website for this project is so freaking confusing and makes no sense. The question I got wrong was reported by many users and the people running the site are aware of this. I am just lost at the moment, do I have another chance or I should let this go and forget about it
