Alternative/ make your own energy drink
Coffee and black tea don’t give me much energy anymore, the only way I can feel boosted is by drinking energy drinks. I know that the cans have plastic liners and that’s not good for the environmental and plus the cost of going to the gas station every time.
I would like to make my own, Any suggestions?
