War of Clans, Vikings issue

I completed the War of Clans Vikings - reaching level 13 on my palace. It didn’t automatically credit so I sent in a ticket to Swagbucks. I got a response saying they needed Screenshots with the Email address/Name/ Date when I reached the 13th level. How am I supposed to do that? My screen shots are of when I reached palace level 13 and that’s within the game and that information is not displayed. Any advice appreciated.
