Submitting a request for missing SB is automatically showing as solved in activity list

I recently completed the Vikings: War of Clans offer for reaching palace level 13, but was never credited after the 72 hour period like I was supposed to.

I submitted a request from the Swagbucks Help Center, but when checking under My Activities, it shows it as Solved, even though I just created the ticket.

It is supposed to say Solved, even though I have not received a response or email from any Swagbucks support staff?
