Rev-Denied Twice!

So I applied to work for Rev. For the subtitling and transcription. I was denied for both.

What sort of education and experience do they require?

I am an Canadian English professor with an MA in Linguistics from an American University. I have taught English for 40 years. Yet I cannot pass either test to work for Rev?

I was under the impression that Rev employs foreigners that can barely speak English? What exactly does it take to get hired by them? I don't even care about working for them anymore. It is just like being dumped by an ugly chick.
