Received job offer through Free Lancer

Good night folks. I'm new to this remote job environment and I was just offered an opportunity through the app Freelancer in which the contractor wants to post his jobs using my client account. He says he is a Project Manager from PowerDEV. Is this reliable? Has anyone had any experience with it?
