Questions about Lionsbridge

I found an Internet judge posting from Lionsbridge but before applying, I looked up some reviews of this position and a couple of people said that in order to get the job, employees are required to provide Lionsbridge with passwords to all their social media and email accounts so that they could be monitored. One of the reviews also said that employees are required to install software on their computer which allows Lionsbridge to monitor them.

Is this true?
