[Question] How to convert google credit into cash in 2019?

Hey guys I haven't been in this subreddit in a while, but back in 2015 there was a way to make your google cash/credit into real cash using various apps for a large percentage fee of the original value. I was wondering if there are still any apps that do this or something else that gets the work done in 2019?
