Paypal reward question

I never let my swag-bucks points get too high because i remember hearing about swag-bucks randomly taking points away or closing accounts when the amount gets too high. I was thinking of just doing the paypal reward and then stacking the amount of money in my account until I'm read for it. But would I be able to do that or does the money in the paypal cash expire/ not able to be stacked?
