Microtasks for someone in a sanctioned country

I'm looking for micro tasking sites or other similar sites which can be signed up from a sanctioned country. I want something productive and definitely not those sign up and download our app tasks or watching videos and long surveys which even doesn't pay your electricity bills. i.e. I prefer something more advanced to something dumb but time consuming.

Since I'm from a sanctioned country I can't get payments through Paypal or skrill. But I can use Perfect Money, Webmoney or cryptocurrencies.

I've already found this website (non ref link: http://nest.testbirds.com), which pays for testing software products.
