My account was under review for a few days, then I did some coursework and now I am back at being able to rate since some days already. Do I have to add this time where I couldnt rate because of being under review to the blackout period? Asking because of the minimum of working hours. If there are tasks available the next few days then I would be fine with the minimum. The review and coursework took about 10 day off the month + a few days with no tasks available.
