Lionbridge Under Review

Rater here. I started a week ago and today got an email saying I’m restricted.

‘As part of our on-going Quality Improvement Process we are investigating some of the tasks you have recently rated, this is a standard process to ensure that we give you the support needed to rate accurately. We are now conducting a general review of your work, and you will receive some correspondence explaining in more detail the reason why your account has been placed under review.’

The email says it’s standard but also implies I’ve been screwing up. Is this really standard or should I be worried now? Could I be let go?
