[Lionbridge] Has Anyone Else Had This Problem With Their I-9?

I took my I-9 form to be filled out by a notary public at the local UPS store. He was going to do things just fine until I showed him the instructions I received from Lionbridge via email which state he has to put a specific address "1050 WINTER STREET, SUITE 2300, WALTHAM MA 02451" in the certification area. He informed me that putting an address as your place of business that is not your real place of business would be fraudulent. Is every who gets their I-9 filled out for Lionbridge committing fraud or are the instructions received from Lionbridge misguided?
